I tried the live and let live policy, and now the ants are spoiled. They're all over my toothpaste. They're in the bed. Every 10 seconds I have to brush one off me. Sometimes I'd like to take a tissue and mash them all one by one, but each individual is so cute with their little dainty antennae and Woody Allen voice.
supposedly there are plenty of ant deterrents recipes on the net. I've even heard the "sprinkle salt around all the door and window frames" thing. Apparently it keeps them form coming in without harming them, they just don't want to.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand you are a better man than I. I am no buddhist but I try to not kill haphazardly, but at the same time I dislike bugs so much that I wouldn't be as patient as you. Glad to see that you are enjoying it so much though!
