Meat: No substitute

This is photo worthy because it is the only kind of tofu, out of an over-wide range of tofus, that I actually like. We get it right off the street. It's firm, not gooey, and is cooked with a light tomato sauce and liberally stuffed with meat. All other tofu us crap.
